Modern Build is a Scottsdale-based General Contractor specializing in new construction, remodels/ TI’s, construction services, and additions.

Modern Build brings its years of high-end Investment building to the public to offer them the same quality, fair price and hard work ethic that made us successful in the past. We have the knowledge and experience to help our clients with their construction projects, with over twenty years of experience in the field.
From demolition through landscaping, Modern Build has developed a vast group of local vendors to help clients with all of their finishes, such as plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, etc. Modern Build is licensed, insured and bonded.
We Know the Phoenix Market
Our niche is in the contemporary, clean-line building or updating of older Santa Fe or Tuscan style homes, but we can build for any style you are dreaming of. In addition to the many local vendors and subcontractors we work with, Modern Build also has architects to help with your project design if you don’t have professionally developed plans. Our architect partners are highly experienced designing for the Phoenix market and would be happy to assist.

Vision
As the owner of Modern Build, my vision is to grow our Phoenix business by building and updating homes; taking our client’s home design and construction from the 90’s into today’s designs and technologies. And that’s the best part of my job…a completed project that has gone from a drawing on a piece of paper to a beautifully finished product that our clients are proud to call home.

About the Owner
Anthony Gold
Owner | General Contractor
Anthony was born and raised in New York and received an AA degree in Business Management. He started his career with a homebuilder and joined the carpenters union. He then worked for Lesna Manufacturing, traveling the country installing movie screens and sound systems for companies, such as Loews, Sony and United Artists. After moving to Arizona in 2005, Anthony worked for Maverick Framing in sales and project management. With all of that experience under his belt, that’s when he knew it was time to do his own thing, and began building homes and doing remodel work.
